Appears to work on melee weaponskills but not on ranged ones, which seems to include Magic Mortar.

Presently unknown on Cannibal Blade.

Price on these are gonna go up fast. These don't come around too often but it's a must have for any melee PUP

Double attack rate seems to be incredibly close to the original War trait,
1 Thunder maneuver = 5% Double Attack
2 = 15%
3 = 30%
With two hour it seems to proc every other hit with 3 Thunder Maneuvers up.

This part will stack with Turbo Charger, and does not give the Sharpshot frame double attack with ranged attacks.
