Very useful for Lethal Race Chocobo Racing, That Cactus cannot use dash on rainy days. i lose 0/5 before using this Foulweather Frog. after using it, i win 1/2.
Effect on chocobo:: Sets the weather condition for the remainder of a race to rain. As a bonus it seems to have a very high rate of causing the lead chocobo to have accidents by getting it's feet caught in mud. Mud accidents temporarily slow the affected chocobo. May benefit chocobos with Rainy weather preference, although this is unknown.
