I'd say use Urunday Logs to get yourself into the 90~+ Range, and you can use all that Lumber + Chapuli Horns (Super cheap) to turn into these staves, and then NPC the staves since the Lumber sells very slowly.
NPCs for 7.4k~ at home nation. So you're looking at around 90k a stack minus any breaks. won't recoup all the cost depending on AH prices but recoups a good chunk.
