Safe to assume it's the same on this version.

Even without the latent it would be a nice dd weapon for mages, too bad they can't use it :P

This thing is pretty nice when paired with a Blurred Shield/+1.

Especially on Walk #11 during surged campaigns. It eats absolutely anything you club over the head with it.
