This is "all jobs" because all 22 jobs are listed on the weapon. So you can "glamour" or /lockstyle it on any job in the game without owning an ark sword.

As long as you have the level 1 Ark Angel sword, people can glamour it on any job.
Just as long as they swap it in and stand idle engaged I suppose...and not fight..

SE is so bad. Since this is like a lightsaber, any job that can't use a 119 sword can't lockstyle it in battle. But if they wear it in town, it's basically just a stick. So if you win this fight as a Master <insert job that can't equip swords>, you basically get nothing in exchange for 500 merits and a hard fight.

(but I still want one)
