-Duration appears effected by Macc, with the only +17macc set duration was half the listed 3min on bgwiki, lasted around 1:30 instead when tracked.(Too lazy to get a large data set though)

Wind day was avoided but potential wind weather was not tracked/accounted for. BGwiki lists the effect as -18.75% def for 3min, could be a decent source of -def in certain fights
