Definitely a description error, doesn't give you sword skill +, or any of the Blue Magic skill, nor does it give you PDT.

Still gives haste etc;

@Ashiya Because if BLU is using this, they're failing at BLU. You don't use dagger as BLU. Period.

Since August update, description has changed to :

No more haste effect, and a lot of BLU buff, but not gearable by BLU...
