Jugs and pet food are ammo, so a BST can freely swap between this and the other two items without losing TP. Definitely doesn't hurt to use from a BST's perspective, but once again SE taunts PUP with ammo pieces it can't feasibly use.
Finally, I can equip an ammo item for my Summo... Oh... Maybe Puppetmaster could make more use out of this than an Animator! Well, at least a Beastmaster can wear this while they're not jugging or feeding their pet... Uh... Congratulations Dragoon!!!
