I still don't get why they didn't upgrade Tuspimati or Laevateinn from 90 to 95. They only increased the base damage and the LV3 Aftermath. Sounds like trolling the poor people who completed them. I seriously hope there are gonna be nice surprises with the level 95>99 upgrade, otherwise thumb down for SE.
