	Reading on some forum posts, since there isn't much info about this item on wiki, Seems possible that the proc increases crit 5-10% past dDEX cap. Also the NTE is quite possibly 10-15% 2011-08-19 12:16:14

	Prometheus believe it or not THF do not have to run around with the TH dagger or any kind of TH gear. just have to have the TH gear on for the first hit then they can equip whatever they want. 2011-10-03 02:07:22

	This is great for the casual party play, but off-handing Kamome will probably net you more dmg and an evasion katana will be more useful against really hard stuff. At least its not like the TH dagger. Its lame that thf's have to run around with mid-level stuff just to enhance one of their most important traits. 2011-09-16 06:10:56
