Obtained by doing quest in WoTG Bastok Markets (S) NPC: Wahid.
(1) He requires a Sunstone, Jade, and Aquamarine. Trade them to him.
(2) Zone and talk to Wahid again.
(3) Zone to North Gustaberg (S) and examine a ??? near the Palborough Mines entrance for a CS.
(4) Examine it again for a key item.
(5) Return to Wahid.
(6) Zone and talk to Wahid again for your prize.
