You can merit Apex Arrow so you have a bow ws you can use on sam/war to 'charge' this bow without having to /rng when samurai.

Apparently in order for this to work, you need to use the actual bow to rack up the 13 "points".

Which is unfortunate, because as a Sam you cannot just spam say, Tachi: Gekko, and get to use Namas every so often...

SO unless you're Rng, or Sam/Rng, this thing seems pretty useless for the most part.
