Latent Effect: After performing 13 weapon skills (any) you recieve "one charge" of Mercy Stroke. At this point, Mercy Stroke appears in your Weapon Skill log, and will not dissapear until you use it. You can not build up charges simultaneously (meaning you have to use the weapon skill before you can build up points for another use).

Combine this with some powerful Atma and see 2000+ Eviscerations in Abyssea.
