Is there some reason that anyone would use these? Hidden effect ect... Same basic question goes for bomb arms and the like, they just seem rather useless.

Sells for 461 each with high Tenshodo Fame. This comes out to 5,532 for a stack. If you're selling stacks for 1 and 2k, you are making someone else very very happy.

Theres a good chance SE believes "Added Effect: XXX" Damage are too powerful >.>?

Its the same reason all elemental (Most i should say) Suck *** horribly, its because to SE the fact they have "100% accuracy" makes them "too strong".

That or the added effect might actually do a good amount of damage on these?
