With regard to folks fulltiming this (or either of the other two "Bane" discs).

Yes, some there are bound to be some folk that don't realize the Latent isn't active outside the TOA Beastmen bases. However, keep in mind that there aren't too many "All Jobs" throwing weapons for pulling.

The only other All Jobs returning throwing weapon I can think of off hand is Aureole... Not everyone has the means to take out AV or the cash to buy the drop.
