It's not always about the "White box." This is -the- best piece you can get for a citadel buster set on NIN (possibly PLD, but I'm not one of those.) The change from 1 MDB to 2 MDB is approximately a 20-30 damage difference. If you can find something for your ammo slot with 40-60 HP, then go ahead and use that instead.
on a side note this an excellent bow to rapidly pull with since it has the lowest possible bow delay i use mine for farming :D (btw i do not have +1 i was reffering to the fact its the best bow to pull with i use the NQ for farming)

Your right 2 more MP and +1 MDB is not game breaking, but maybe you failed to see the 1 increase on DMG or the 9 decrease on Delay or maybe even...oh what's that? Ranged Accuracy +8? Wow now there's something worth paying the extra 1M for. Please at least take the time to read the item descriptions before comparing next time. :3
