	The absorbs damage is quite low, roughly 5% if I had to guess. That being said, there's a lack of MDB/MDT pieces in Ammo slot, so the lightning resist alone still makes this worth using, even if you don't absorb. 2011-04-16 15:42:41

	Also a great piece for PLD to use when facing something that has lightning tied to almost all their attacks. Full Creed +2 with this, Atma of the Lion, Atma of Aquatic Ardor and Atma of the Savior.
