This is the weirdest name for a weapon yet. Simply because SE should know better.
For some strange twisted reason they're combining a Tsurugi (a type of straight, rather broad double edged sword type) with a Tachi (Which is a type of long, curved thin one-sided sword).
So either it's straight and it's a Tsurugi, or it's curved and it's a Tachi. It's either double edged (Tsurugi) or single edged (Tachi). It's either broad (Tsurugi) or it's thin (Tachi). It simply cannot be both, SE T_T
