These are far superior to Hades Sainti for PUP unless you plan on spending a lot of time over 100% TP. Due to PUP's lack of gear options and naturally low attack, each point of attack is so crucial (and since you'll likely be using sushi as a PUP anyway) that the Attack+14 is so vastly more important than the extra Accuracy+2 Hades offers.
Expect the Attack+14 to give about a 7% DoT increase with no other buffs in a merit party situation, whereas the Accuracy+2 gives hit rate+1%, which only raises your DoT by about 1.25% - 1.5%.
If MNK is your first 75 job, you might not be able to join any KSNM that drops the Destroyers (lvl73) unless you can find some friendly people to help you. But don't worry because these H2H are so cheap and yet pretty good, and since lvl74+ parties are TP-burn-style you'll be doing fine and even good enough in merit parties. However, as soon as you hit 75 you should try to get the Destroyers as soon as possible ; ask help from your linkshell, shout 4 hours in Whitegate if necessary, whatever, but get them.
