Its strongest use is for BLU and DNC, THF and NIN get Bomb Core/Bomblet and a variety of other Attack/accuracy enhancing Ranged items and (for THF) Marksmanship.
However this is a great piece until the above items for THF and NIN, THF especially for pulling.
it really shines (Of course) outside of your nations control, as the STR+3 is the highest in its slot for any of the jobs on it!
Worth it if you can get it, as even on the later levels where you dont do a lot of exping in Conquest areas, it still works 100% in Sea!
