I done some testing on the TP Bonus with my Martial Anelace, and it seemed to give a double TP effect. Using with 150% done the same as my Pealing Anelace at 300% (both have the same DPS).
Although it certainly caps at 300%, So saving more than 150% is a waste.
I only assume the same applies for the rest of the Martial weapons.
