Once upon a time SE likely decided to have this item resemble a Hagun when given to your Adventuring Fellow since you would have had to be filthy rich to throw away an actual Hagun on a purely cosmetic upgrade. Ironically it would now be far cheaper to do just that, if only you could.

Note: I have max fame in norg, and all other areas for that matter, I camped each vendor for about two weeks, and never did the price go down below 400k, finaly bought it today and it DOES look like the Hagun as Machupichu stated, tho on myself it does not Submitted a screenshot, will be a few days before its hosted I think.
