	Though the delay is high (which on the bright side opens up x-hit builds a little more), the stats on this make it a very viable target. 	if you cannot for whatever reason obtain 30 decay, or do something even easier by killing carabosse a few million times and the easiest T2 Nm in the game from visions zone, then I suppose this would be a viable option only if you really really hate doing TotM and cannot bring yourself to obtain something better...
