Dropped from the 75 Garrison at Cape Terrigan, amongst other 'mighty' weapons. I solo avatars all the time as rdm/nin, and if I managed to have the misfortune of fighting Garuda on Windsday, the elemental resistance from this sword is very noticable. Without any enhancing skill merits I'll get maybe 105, 106 wind resistance between the sword and baraero. Very handy. Dex bonus is nice if you main hand daggers.
