Crafters can make this less thn the NPC's but they are going to loose gil, so if ya really want it shout for it because 100k a stack is crazy money from an npc.
COME ON SE WAKE UP... give ninja something that is easily craftable and wont cost the earth. It would be nice to have as you lvl
Crafting these for skill-ups can still turn a fair profit if you have Moghancement: Desynthesis and acquire Steel Ingots that way. By the time you get to the level range required to craft these you should already have a decent amount of Iron Sheets and Steel Ingots.
