Not sure why everyone is rating down the previous comments. 600 Delay isn't much different than most guns, except you'd keep all the benefits of archery including more STR factoring into your archery WSes.
I realize much of a RNG's damage comes from it's DPS given per arrow shot thus lower delay is often welcomes, however this would be great for something kited or sensitive to surging TP rushes.
