Mediocre at best for another crappy AF weapon. +2 CHR is decent if you're /nin with Minstrel's Knife and too poor for Monster Signa or Chanter's.

At 48, however, farm or buy the cheap Shellbusters and, again, if you're /nin you'll have as much CHR as Signa.

At 51, forget everything and stick to Earth staff (/nin and/or Elegy) and Light staff (/whm).
