Yeah, Sad to say, Eons is right.

That Dakini (Also known as Kila in its final form) Has not only 2 more damage but 4 less delay -and- *** more Evasions and AGI.

WITH THAT OUT OF THE WAY:

Any job -NOT- on the new Kila's list (THF/BRD/DNC) Can make use of this, maybe. I don't see any jobs on that list that makes use of daggers but... its more jobs.

Then again any job using this dagger for Evasion not on the list could get the EVA weapon from the Magian Trials for weapons they can use.

This is basically only useful if you're too lazy to do Trial of the Magians.

PUP's will love this dagger for Abyssea stuff to do Amber lights... aside of that i dont see any other use for PUP to use it ^^

Evasion Dakini dagger > this.

This is implied for those who can wield Dakini of course. But very nice for DNC.
