This craft is level 85 Leathercraft. The fact that you are 1/3 is possible, though i'd consider it quite a lucky synth as if you're only level 87, then you are only 2 levels above cap. That would be liek HQing a scorpion harness at level 71 bonecraft. Possible, but not likely. Congrats on the HQ though. and Good luck to all those that try to HQ this synth.
