NM spawns at J-10 in Ranguemont in the water, 90 minute timed spawn. Doesn't appear to use TP moves and instead casts Absorb-Acc. Also has En-blind on melee hits.
1/5 on shield, no TH. A decent replacement for Tortoise Shield if you can't bother to camp Bo'Who Warmonger, and it doesn't depend on Conquest areas for the MP. One of the few shields a BLU can use when they're not /NIN as well.
Mucoid Mass drops this in Ranguemont pass. DRK-type slime mob that likes to cast Absorb-acc alot. probably LV 50ish. im 2/4 on drop currently and he seems to be a 1-3 hour spawn
Very decent AH-able Convert shield if you can't afford Astral Shield or don't have time to camp Pelican for the Astral Aspis. Also you can equip it many, many levels earlier.
