Wow, this is really available as low as level 30? Any WHM would be stupid to not consider pairing it with their wands until they switch up to elemental staves at 51... at least when the price goes down anyway.
+6 hMP is indeed possible, just pair it with a High Mana Wand (Enchanted Item). The market for them is mostly dead, but the wand is easy make if you can find a woodworker with the key item needed.
I don't feel this shield is worth the price tag. With Dancers curing, FoV refreshing and level synch you wont miss the 2 HMP at lvl 30 nor will you miss an extra INT and MND. Luxury item for people not leveling their 1st job who have gil to burn.
