Good for THF and DNC using Dancing Edge if not stacking With Sneak attack, in which case Pixie or Intruder's would out-do, and it terms of DoT (From keeping speed, its complicated) Suppa.

I can see DNC getting a very nice use out of it for TP gain, BLU for Eyes on Me, the rest not so much.

Not an overwhelmingly amazing earring, but it has its uses.

Drops from Hoar-Knuckled Rimberry, spawns at H-11 in Yhoator Jungle (place holders are Shadower on the balcony and Creepers). NIN mob that hits hard and uses Jubaku and Hyoton exclusively. Mildly challenging solo for a capable 75 and as Sindri points out, bring {Ranged Attack} if camping from below. 1/3 on the drop... gl ^^
