Actually for once, i'm shocked to say this, The lose of 1% Haste/2% Haste from this set is worth not buying it.

The Neck/Back/Waist armor are some of our greatest assets, for neck armor we have

Chiv Chain
PCC
Ancient Torque
Sea Torques

All give large boosts to accuracy. the Tern Necklace? STR and attack...

The back armor!
Amemet+1
Cuch
Foragers
Cerb+1

Each with large boosts to STR, DEX, Acc, or Attack. The Tern Back? VIT+2... Yup.

And last we have the waist armor...

Velo
Goading
(and for arguments sake:)
Headlong

All giving us Equal or slightly lesser Haste Values than this things... Set bonus.

TL;DR: Set sucks and you're wasting gil buying it. for 3mil+

Keep in mind it's a *set* bonus. So once you have the full set, you're going to get 6% haste, nothing more.

This still is a decent macro set for Utsusemi.
Add Walahra Turban, dusk gloves and boots and you'll appreciate the efficiency.

I see way to many people wearing just the stone thinking they get +6 Haste.

In a set with Tern Cape and Tern Necklace... Waste the neck/back/waist slot for 6% haste... I wouldn't, I'd rather go for the 7% haste belt or the 5% one and use the tiercel necklace and spare the back slot from sucking...
