Perfectionists (who have been swapping in int and mind +3 rings already) might want to pass this item up, as you'll never need int and mind at the same time, and lvl 54 rings offer one more to both stats just around the corner.
Great for BLU nukes with MND/INT modifiers (usually they're modified by both). Couldn't say if Snow etc would trump this witht he extra 2 INT, but I imagine it'd be close enough to not really matter, especially considering the price.
