-15% mp has nothing to do with sorcerer's ring..
Also this is a good ring for even RDMS to bio III on darkday for full damage/ hp/tic

To me, it looks like a good Aspir/Drain ring. The -15% mp could help with your Sorcerers ring build on darksday.
