I personally believe these feet are underrated, seriously.

Obvious movement speed bonus, not to be laughed at, the dusk to dawn is unknockable. HP, Def, AGI and by extension evasion +3.

The little bonus i personally really like is the INT+6, this is good for taking magic damage, boosting your own elemental ninjutsu (should be using af2 feet(+1) for enfeebling). These really are a superb piece all round. They are only off my feet for 3 reasons:
1- Utsusemi Casting, in which case fuma are superior(haste+3%)
2- Stacking serious evasion for super hard/accurate NM's.
3- I'm not on ninja!!!

Seriously though, great all round piece!
