In terms of the enhanced breath, Wyrm Armet +1 functions exactly the same as Wyrm Armet. Same goes with Drachen Armet +1 and Drachen Armet. Macro accordingly.

So is it correct that the +1 version trigger healing breath at 50% hp? Or do you still have to equip drachen armet /wait 1 /equip wyrm armet? by the way <3 my wyrm armet, just suck it dont trigger at 50%

I own the +1 never tried it but i'm pretty sure it doesn't activate at 50% cus se is gay like that, but it don't matter i have both helms hq'd and i just macro them in:)
