DEX +10= 7.5 acc for 2 handed weapon users + the 5 acc = acc+ 12.5 to clarify the issues with the acc from this piece. Starr rounded up but is closer than werd who tried to prove him wrong, and failed.

I just wanted to bust Starr's balls. Its not 13 acc for 2 handers, its 11.6 acc. 2/3 of 10 + 5. either way, its a good piece for acc build
