Nice for the "OMG I NEED THESE BLOODY BOLTS TO LAND!" moments, But doesn't have much of a use outside of that.

Ranged Accuracy+20 on a ring is still kicking at level 61, Would be nice to pop on for an Acid Bolt here and there, but im pretty sure it wears off if you remove then Ring...

Unfortunately by the time you equip this and wait the 30 seconds it takes to use, you'd likely be dead if you really needed to hit that badly.
