Be patient, prices will drop once the market is flooded. Although the best nuking pants for high level spells so far, they're not worth 1 million to get.
For lower tier spells (Tier III), Morrigan's Slops will come out with slightly better damage. For anything higher, these will. As far as magic accuracy is concerned, these will be better on a target with lower INT.
Overall this peice has some nice stats and is a decent alternative to those w/o Morrigan legs for BLM as for which peice does most dmg on your nukes, depends on your setup! but these are great for SCH!

AFv2 BLM pants still is king at nuking pants. Magic potency +5%> INT+5 MAB+3... the AFv3+2 might have AFv2 beat though unless SE makes AFv2+2 pants with higher INT and magic potency.
Tested it out with Morri hands Vs. AFv2 hands (magic bursting of course) and AFv2 has potency+5% and Morri hands have MAB+5. AFv2magic>Morri hands on MB. I also tested AFv2 pants and teal slops. Teal is ABOUT MAB+5 INT+1 vs INT+3 Magic potency+5%.
(if you don't know how i got MAB+5 and INT+1 on teal take 5/2 is 2.5 then add 3 to it and its 5.5 which is MAB+5 INT+1... tested this theory out with Kirin pole and morri hands and teir V spells on Lv1 mobs by haveing kirin pole and no armor on hands (took off stap so no added INT) vs Morri hands with no weapon was with in 12 DMG. That's how i get my math sense 12 DMG isn't big difference to me.)
