"Enmity -2" is actually for the Avatar. The in-game image displays a mistranslation, this can be verified by the Japanese version. It should read similar to the "Avatar: Enmity" on Evoker's Bracers, Evoker's Doublet and Evoker's Horn.

+14 Acc to physical BPs and normal melee hits is no joke, a great piece to use even at lv75+ especially for the lv70 BPs.

Assuming your Summoning Magic skill is capped or brought up to the cap by other gear, these give you 28 Summoning Magic skill's worth of accuracy. Definitely some of the best endgame DD pants for SMN; arguably only Evoker's Spats +1 are better for damage dealing. You get these from an AF quest. There is no excuse for a Summoner to use any pants from the Auction House endgame.
