This is the best option for Corsair's Quick Draw damage, if you're Elvaan. The +mp is also very good for Cor/Mage, making it worth buying.

Also good for Leaden Salute and RNG's Trueflight WS.

Yes, because TA is AGI based (a multiplier), where as the -3 STR is in base damage. So overall, you would deal less damage with each hit, but you would deal more damage with TA and generate more enmity on the person you TA.
In a more simple term, great to macro in for TA. :-)

Would the AGI+6 on these make up for the STR-3 in a regular TA build for thief? (assuming it's just TA, not TA + ws)

Also with the Dec. 2010 update AGI plays a role in the amount of TP you give a mob based on your attack so this improves on that effect as well
