Great Gloves every BLM level 54 should do AF3, its a easy quest! Also the gloves are great!!

Use the Garlaige Citadel [S] trick to solo these instead of finding 3 other people for gate breach.

The amount of resist you can cut down on with an extra 15 skill makes this a key item on the way to 75, a must have for solo.

Upgrade to +1 version when you hit endgame.
