For jobs that dual wield, or anyone trying to go for a haste build, this is a great piece for level 72 unless you already have Patroclus' or Ace's Helms. Although you would get the Walahra Turban 3 levels later, this is still a good piece until then, Especially considering levels 72-75 need a decent amount of exp to grind through. If you're having ACC problems though, stick to an Ohat.
The +5 CHR is indeed good for DNC, but DNC AF head gives 4 CHR and -2 enmity; a better deal when you consider how much hate a DNC who's tossing high tier Waltzes around generates. If your ACC isn't hurting at all, it's an acceptable stopgap Haste solution until Walahra turban but has no real use at 75.
