Best monk belt until the brown belt, easy to get. Cheap. I reccomend doing the quest eventually, too.

Quest: Silence of the Rams

Kill 2 NM ram's in La Thaine Plateau and Konstact Highlands.
if you kill HNM ram's (Steelfleece and Bloodtear the drops are 100%)

NOTE: if your gonna level monk i suggest doing teh quest for this unless you wanna fork out 330k+(Odin 02/11/08) for Brown Belt at level 40. it is possible at level 30MNK with 2HR to kill the NQNM rams.

The 2 NM rams, are Rampagin Ram in Konstact, and Lumbering Lambert in La Thaine Plataeu.

Adding to Calem's comment:

Rampaging Ram's PH is the one nearest the crag, no matter what.

Lumbering Lambert's PH is the eastern-most spawn, unless Bloodtear Baldurf is up.
