I'm a little late on this comment, but doesn't this also transfer enfeebs that you may have on yourself to the target? If so, I'd like to imagine transfering "doom" back towards some mobs/nms

Potentially useful for Thf/Drk zerging with cures, simply because of the HP for souleater. Quite possibly beat out by Viking Shield, though, but not likely Tatami Shield due to the nature of fStr on high level mobs.
