It should be noted that the Set effects from Legion gear are speculated to be "all or nothing". The mage set provides a flat Magic Accuracy+5 as the set effect, as opposed to the scaling effects we see with Voidwatch sets such as Athos. It is reasonable to guess that the crit boost from this light armor set is also only acquired from wearing all five pieces, making the set effect essentially worthless.
