I'd say mighty good for EVA Belt, its on par with Scouter's rope for EVA if you're AGI (base after stats boosts, before this belt) is an Odd Number, as with the AGI bonus it will give an Even +12 EVA (Same as scouters with AGI Bonus applied), However it does not have the HP-40 Scouter's has, and it has slightly more Defense.
Its, Decent(?) For Trick Attack, the Attack-8 Hurts more than you think, In normal situations (no food) it falls like literally a 0.0? Point behind Scouters for Trick Attack because of the Attack down, But only barely, i mean very barely, and it depends no your current buffs. if you have high attack (RCB, Abyssea buffs, or the like) This will win absolutely.
(Edit)As of the recent update, more AGI = More Subtle Blow, So this might be your best bet over-all for EVA, If you got even AGI, you'll lose 1 Eva over Scouters, but gain the extra Subtle-blow effect.

Potentially a better evasion set piece than Scouter's rope. Outside Abyssea, additional AGI will work to decrease the TP you feed. So this piece offers AGI+3 (less TP fed) and 40 HP at the cost of 8 Attack.
