Utter trash, unfortunately. Really disappointing how awful this is, would have been nice to see DNC get a useful JSE earring like some jobs did.

Conserve TP has a chance to proc on WS only (not on dances), but it would be foolish to not use something with more damage potential as a WS piece (heck, Aesir has more Conserve TP AND Atk+7).

Subtle Blow +3 is a pretty pitiful TP option compared to better choices like Suppa/Brutal, Moonshade, Aesir, Ethereal, etc.
