Before the Mar 26 2012 update Sirona's Ring was equal to exactly 6 MND.

After the cure equation changed it's power was increased ~4.08 times making this ring equal to 24.5 MND.

@Khimaira: Plenilune Embrace is NEVER more MP efficient than Magic Fruit for any realistic values of base HP healed after MND/VIT (H) and cure potency (P). It also has a longer casting animation/freeze, and a longer recast. Magic fruit is indubitably better.

Dragir, Plenilune Embrace has a higer base amount cured, and the same mods.

Just because youve seen someone with a geared Fruit, next to an ungeared Embrace, doesn't make Fruit better.

With a proper build (Personally, I just use my Sanguine Blade gear out of laziness) Plenilune Embrace is much higher, and more MP efficient.

For cures (both Blue and White Magic), this ring is equal to a +6 MND ring. Can't beat the price if you are short on cash, but you'd get a lot more utility out of a +6 MND ring.

Quipto is right, this is the best ring slot to help cursna take off doom. If your tired of getting killed from doom on chloris it might be worth carrying.

Now the best ring for cures. Simply put: Get it. It's easy to get. There's no reason not to.
